BSE Property Index in Optimistic Mood-Metal Stocks Gain in Trade



S&P BSE Realty index was trading higher by over 1% intraday during Thursday’s trading session. Phoenix was the top gainer in the index trading up by 2.70% at Rs 538 per share.


Phoenix proclaimed that it's received the National Comapny Law court (NCLT) approval for its uniting with its company, Suprajit Engineering.

Indiabulls land and DLF were contributory over eight points to the index gains. Among others, Prestige, Oberoi property and Phoenix were contributory over two points within the animal disease property index gains.

Indiabulls property Estate was trading up by 2.70% at Rs 236 per share, DLF was up by 2.41% at Rs 183, status was by 1.25% at Rs 270 and Oberoi property was up by 1.36% at Rs 376 per share. While, Omaxe, HDIL and Godrej properties were commerce flat.

Unitech was the highest loser within the index, trade down by 1.12% at Rs 7.96 per share. Sobha was trading lower by 0.24% at Rs 394 per share. 


Metal stocks were shining on the bourses throughout early morning hours, the BSE Metal index was up by nearly two. Whereas Vedanta was the highest gainer of the index, the stock was conjointly contributory most to the index gains. animal disease Metal Index surged for third consecutive session.

The BSE Metal index was Trading at 13,182.47 level, up by 250.50 points or 1.94% as at 1002 hours on Thursday, on the BSE.Vedanta was trading at Rs 307.60 per share, up by Rs 10.45 or 3.52%, the stock was contributory over 111 points to the index gains.

Among others, Coal Asian nation was up 3.16% at Rs 244.55, Hindustan metallic element was up 2.41% at Rs 297.60, NMDC was up 0.98% at Rs 123.60, Hindalco Industries was up one.26% at Rs 236.55, National aluminum Company was up 1.44% at Rs70.45, and SAIL was up one.27% at Rs 59.90.
